4. Delivery & Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is only possible within Switzerland, Germany, Austria and Liechtenstein
  • Free shipping on all orders.
  • The delivery time is usually 6-14 working days , provided the product is in stock.
  • If a product is not available, we will inform the customer immediately.

5. No right of return

  • All orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • A return or refund is only possible if the product is proven to have been delivered damaged or faulty.
  • In such a case, the customer must contact us by email within 48 hours of receiving the goods and send pictures of the damaged product.

6. Warranty & Liability

  • The statutory warranty period of 24 months applies for material or manufacturing defects.
  • The following are excluded from the guarantee:

    • Normal wear and tear
    • External influences such as falls or water damage
  • The seller is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent.
